About
I'm Oliver — a practical operator who figured out AI and wants to help your business do the same.
The Short Version
I’m a project manager and implementation lead who works with AI every day. My company made a full shift into AI engineering, and I’ve been in the trenches building products, creating tools, and solving problems with it.
Now I’m helping small businesses do the same thing — without the confusion, the hype, or the $50,000 consulting engagement.
The Real Version
I am not an AI expert. I don’t have a PhD. I didn’t come from Google or OpenAI.
I’m a self-taught designer, programmer, builder, copywriter, and problem solver. I’ve been figuring things out my entire life — picking up skills, teaching myself, getting my hands dirty, and delivering results.
I’m shallow and wide. A swiss army knife. A leatherman. I know a little about a lot, and I’m good at everything I do. Maybe I’m not the world’s deepest expert in any one thing, but I can walk into almost any situation and make it better.
That’s what I do with AI, too. I’m not selling you a theory or a framework. I’m sitting down with you, understanding your business, and figuring out how to make it better with the tools that exist right now.
Why I Started Rotavator
There are a million AI consultants flooding the market right now. Most of them are overcomplicating things, selling courses, and pushing tools that businesses don’t need.
I think the gap is simpler than that. Most small businesses just don’t know where to start. They’ve heard about ChatGPT. They know AI is “a thing.” But they don’t know how to apply it to their workflows, their problems, their team.
That’s the gap I’m filling. I want to be the person who hears you, understands your business, and comes up with a solution. And if I can’t help, I’ll tell you that too.
I teach people to fish. I’m not trying to make you dependent on me. I want to show you what’s possible, build something that works, and hand you the keys.
How I Think About This
A rotavator is a machine that breaks up hard ground and prepares the soil for growth. That’s what I do for businesses.
The ground is hard right now — there’s too much noise, too many vendors, too much hype. I come in, break it up, and make it ready for something real to grow.
Want to See If I Can Help?
I don’t know if I can help every business. But I’d love to find out. Book a 30-minute call — no pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation.
